Calvinist Baptist Church, Pleasant Lake

Pleasant Lake United Baptist Church has been included in this calendar. It sits just across the municipal line, but many of its members were residents of Argyle Municipality. The church building as it exist today is a perfect and unusual example of the union of the Free Christian Baptist churches with the Calvinist Baptist churches which took place in 1905 to form the United Baptist Church.
