Saint Agnes Church, Quinan, around 1920

The people of “Tusket Forks”, or Quinan as it was later renamed, lived in one of the most remote locations of all the parishioners of Saint Anne’s Parish. They were required to travel some 16 miles to church during the times of year when this was possible. This photo shows the church around 1920, and also includes the rectory and rectory barn. Photo by an unknown photographer.
